Frequently Asked Questions

MyAsfar Rewards is available to individuals who are residents of the UAE and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid phone number. Customers of Asfar group are eligible to participate in the program. Individual customers of our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only.

You may join the program by downloading and signing up through the App store or Play Store or by visiting MyAsfar.com. Here you will follow the prompts to register for MyAsfar loyalty program.

By becoming a MyAsfar Rewards member, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the program Terms & Conditions, and by the terms of our Privacy Policy, our website Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.

Rewards, benefits, and points earned or purchased through MyAsfar mobile app have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no property rights in any rewards, benefits, and points.

You can on share your rewards or offer which you have purchased through redeeming points. Points cannot be shared.

If you login in from the Gmail or via Apple id, then it will follow google and apple reset password policy.
Your MyAsfar password can be reset by selecting “Forgot Password” at the log-in page on the mobile app

You can earn points by joining the MyAsfar program and by using Asfar Group and their specified partner services and products.

At any given point, the total number of points should not exceed 75000 points.

MyAsfar Points have a three-year Expiry Policy, which runs from Jan each year. e.g. All points earned up to 31st December 2020 will be subject to expiry on 31st December 2023.

We may close any MyAsfar account on which no MyAsfar have been collected or redeemed for a continuous period of 15 months. Upon account closure, any Myasfar points in such account will expire.

All points can be redeemed against the services and products offered on the app. By selecting the preferred choice of service or product and pay by using your points.

Yes, and every member will be informed well in advanced about changes to the program.

Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of MyAsfar Rewards at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points.

If the program is terminated, your points, benefits and rewards will automatically terminate. We will advise members of the effective date of termination of the program and its points, benefits, and rewards.
